By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"369\">1. <strong data-start=\"344\" data-end=\"367\">Service Description<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"624\">SpamProtect.me is a paid service currently in beta that functions as an email filter via MX entry, intercepting messages before they reach your destination server. Our goal is to help users reduce the volume of spam and threats arriving in their inboxes.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"654\">2. <strong data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"652\">Beta Phase<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"908\">The service is available free of charge during the beta phase. At this stage, SpamProtect.me may experience instabilities, interruptions, or changes without prior notice. We do not guarantee service availability, email delivery, or filter effectiveness.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"947\">3. <strong data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"945\">User Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"986\">By using SpamProtect.me, you agree to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1270\"><li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1083\"><p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1083\">Not use the service for unlawful purposes or to bypass spam filters on third-party domains.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1195\"><p data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1195\">Ensure that the domains you add are owned by you or that you have authorization to manage their MX records.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1270\"><p data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1270\">Monitor your emails and properly configure your destination mail server.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1316\">4. <strong data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1314\">Limitations and Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1454\">During the beta phase, SpamProtect.me is not responsible for email delivery failures, lost messages, false positives, or false negatives.<\/p><p data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1531\">The service is provided \u201cas is,\u201d without any express or implied warranties.<\/p><p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1597\">There is no SLA (Service Level Agreement) during the beta phase.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1632\">5. <strong data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1630\">Data Collection<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1818\">We may collect minimal information for technical and statistical purposes, such as IP addresses, domains in use, email volume, and spam patterns. No email content is permanently stored.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1860\">6. <strong data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1858\">Termination or Changes<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1885\">We reserve the right to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"2081\"><li data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1937\"><p data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"1937\">Modify or discontinue the service at any time.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1988\"><p data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"1988\">Block access to users who violate these terms.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2081\"><p data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2081\">Update these terms without prior notice. Data Retention<\/h3><p data-start=\"242\" data-end=\"432\">At SpamProtect.me, we take data privacy and security very seriously. Our system does <strong data-start=\"327\" data-end=\"384\">not store the content of delivered or rejected emails<\/strong>. Message handling follows the guidelines below:<\/p><ul data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"945\"><li data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"596\"><p data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"596\"><strong data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"469\">Successfully delivered emails<\/strong>: These are processed and forwarded directly to the destination server. Once delivered, the content is immediately discarded.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"723\"><p data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"723\"><strong data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"618\">Rejected emails<\/strong>: Messages that are blocked based on filtering policies are also discarded immediately after rejection.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"945\"><p data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"945\"><strong data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"748\">Quarantined emails<\/strong>: Only in these cases is the message content temporarily stored, for a maximum of <strong data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"841\">14 days<\/strong>. During this period, the recipient may review the quarantine to release or permanently delete messages.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1070\">Additionally, we maintain <strong data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"987\">email logs<\/strong> for purposes of <strong data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1049\">auditing, security, and technical support<\/strong>.
